9th April, 2009: Agnik wins a multi-year contract from the United States Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This work will develop a solution for MDA based on Agnik's distributed data mining technology to monitor the data streams generated by various MDA assets connected over a wide area network.

Jul 16, 2007: Agnik wins STTR contract from US Department of Defense: Agnik wins a DOD contract on Securing Databases in Army MANETS. University of Maryland Baltimore County is the university partner in this project.
May 2, 2007: Agnik Best Paper Award for Privacy, Security, and Trust in KDD. The best paper of the pinKDD'07 workshop will be selected using a peer-review process that includes the workshop organizing and program committees. Judging shall be based on technical quality, innovativeness, and contribution to the field as judged by the joint committee. The authors of the selected paper will receive a 500 USD prize.
